Coming Home to Your Body

A five-day audio course for reconnecting with your body. Gently, slowly, at your own pace.

Does this feel familiar?

Maybe you've spent a long time living from the neck up. Pushing through, holding it together, tending to everyone and everything but the body carrying you through it all.

Maybe you feel wired and exhausted at the same time. Or far away from yourself, without quite knowing when that happened.

Over five days, in short guided audio practices (most under 10 minutes), you'll begin rebuilding a relationship with your body. Not by fixing or improving anything, but by noticing. Orienting. Settling. Listening. The way you'd get to know someone you'd like to trust.

This course is an invitation to come back to yourself, back to your body.

What This Course Offers

Five guided audio practices. One for each day, each around 10 minutes. Slow, spacious, and trauma-informed. No experience needed.

  • Day 1: Orienting to Safety. Your body can begin to notice safety.

  • Day 2: Noticing Your Body. Awareness without judgment, from your feet to the space behind your eyes.

  • Day 3: Wired but Tired. Learn your body's signals, and a simple breath practice that invites your nervous system toward ease.

  • Day 4: Finding Support. Let yourself be held. You don't have to hold everything up on your own.

  • Day 5: Listening Inward. Gather the whole week into one practice, and hear what your body has been waiting to tell you.

A companion workbook. A beautiful place to put words to what your body is showing you, with gentle journal prompts, a plain-language guide to your nervous system, and a small celebration to close each day.

Yours to keep, and return to, whenever your body wants a little settling.

A Gentle Reminder

There’s no right way to do this. Just notice what you notice.

It isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a substitute for it. It’s a beginning.
